I've had one for over a year. Although Cheap, it has problems with audio quality, complete failures, screw ups on voicemail, and everything in between. It is just not dependable. I've just spent the last three days without any service after many hours of online chat with idiots reading from a cue card that have no clue as to what to do if it is not printed in front of them.
