I was trying to become a customer the Windstream web site requires a SS# with not indication that you private information is secure. I took the time to open an online account to get info on the security. I opened a ticket about lack of security. They closed the ticket with a generic reply. I called and a snippy guy informed me that it would be silly of a company that size not to have security. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME CONTACTING WINDSTREAM. read full review »
