This is Rupesh kumar, a businessman from bhagalpur (bihar). i had purchased two drafts from sbi bhagalpur city branch last year, both of which were misplaced by the courier serivce. I had already informed the draft issuing branch the matter and ask for the stop payment and issuing me the fresh draft of the same amount.
