This is a praise AND a complaint! First, a praise because Craig at NAPW refunded ALL of my money after I threatened to pursue him to the full extent of the law. I didn't think I would see the money but low and behold, there it was credited to my cc. Second, a complaint because the agency is still in business swindling one sucker after another (I was suckered in and I consider myself smarter than that). This is the most fraudulent company I have ever been taken by. I was swindled. You send in for a free membership then they call you, interview you, then flatter you with how you are so "accomplished in your field." After all of that they hit you with a large membership fee. In my case it was just under $500 with an additional fee in a couple of weeks of $189.
