Today is May 5, 2010. Approx. 1:17 EST @ 601 Manor Rd. Camp Hill, Pa. 17011, I was rinsing off my car and just about ready to put away the hose, when I turned around and had to hollar out loud several times, and was frigtened. An UPS brown delivery truck was making a delivery to my neighbor, he backed in so far into the large driveway, (about 70 foot long, he was just one arms lengths away from me, his backup lights on.)
