I ordered two refilled inkjet cartridges from Inkgrabber.com in February as I always keep a black and colored one on hand.Well, when I put the black cartridge in my printer a couple weeks ago, it was defective and would not print anything. I never thought anything of it, and mailed it back to Inkgrabber.com for a replacement explaining that it was defective. When I didn't hear from them, I called the company and no one called back.
