I went to the Electronics department to seek assistance regarding a prior Target purchase of a dvd/vcr combo. No one was at the register so I pressed the customer service button. It said that "someone would be with me within 60 seconds". I waited. No one showed up. After the 60 seconds, I pressed the button again. Still no Target team member.
