I purchased a vehicle last month and trade in a 2000 Nissan Xterra. The vehicle was in excellent condition, received an anual detail and all maintenance. I was told by the salesman Terry Haskins that "the best they could do was $5000. I traded in the vehicle toward a 2010 4Runner Limited. I checked the CarMax website a month later to discover the vehicle I traded in was now on sale for $10, 000. Their sales practices are deceptive and CarMax is not to be trusted. They are like most car dealers (thieves), do your homework and don't get ripped off. read full review »
