I recently purchased a Sony HXR-NX5U camcorder from Abe's of Maine and the order was submitted easily through their web interface. The next morning, Sunday, I received a call from Larry (Laurence) who told me he needed to validate my online purchase and proceeded to offer up suggestion after suggestion for items to add on to the total purchase order.
