Magic Jack, I purchased a Magic Jack from your web site. I followed installation instructions and No Dial Tone. I returned my phone and purchased a new one. Still No Dial Tone. I move the Magic Jack between different Laptops and a Desktop and still No Dial Tone. Next I went on line to Magic Jack web site and started an on line chat. About 1-2 hours into my chat, that I thought was going to correct my problem, I downloaded the upgrade and installed it and my computer locked up.
