My little sister recently purchased 40 wedding invitations. When she picked up the invitations they appeared differently than the one she brought for them to copy off of. (Keep in mind no one made her aware of this, because, "It should be common sense.") So instead of offering to do them over, no refund involved, they told her they would do them over for half off.
