Every complaint I have read on this site matches ALL the complaints I have regarding Chase Home Finance. My husband and ran into trouble paying our mortgage when he lost his job in 2007. We thought Chase was helping us when they approved us for a modification, after almost a year of countless phone calls, faxes of documents, and aggravation beyond aggravation in retelling our circumstances to every person who happened to pick up the call.
