I never heard of this company until I saw it on my credit card on April 2010. I have never purchased anything from these people and I have no idea how they got my credit card number. They had been charging my card $19.95 since Sept 2009. In April 2010, I called and spoke to a Debbie who said they would refund the total of all charges but it never happened. Then in Sept 2010 they started charging $23.95 every month. I never signed up for anything from this company. They have been charging my credit card $49.60 every month since December 2009. In April 2010, I called and was told that I had signed up for it and there was nothing they could do but cancel my membership (membership?) but they continued to charge my credit card. On January 13, 2011, I called and they said someone would call me back and no one has. My credit card company (credit union) has not helped me.
