Canceled my order and they still charged me TWICE on my account at the bank causing an overdraft on my account. You can not talk to a REAL person, you only do a live chat on the internet and get an ugly response saying it has been credited back to my account and they have not! Why do they not have a phone number to get in touch with someone to get these things taken care of...now I am out of almost 100 dollars and an overdraft fee... read full review »
