I had been a faithful Geico customer for over 5 years. Paid bills on time, no issues. I changed bank accounts and submitted my information to Geico. They never updated their system, then sent me a letter informing me my bank information was wrong in their system when they tried pulling my monthly payment. Per their bs letter, my account was still active, I just needed to call and verify my bank information. I called and found out that they cancelled my policy.
