Droid had a serious problem with speaker phone. If you try to use it the person you call will hear a very loud high pitched sound like that makes conversation impossible. Verizon customer service did not acknowledge there was a problem, making it seem like a unique problem. I was told I needed to get a replacement Droid. So that is what I did.
