Craig Mutchnick, owner of Home Star Builders, Inc. refused to honor his 12-year warranty for a 3-year-old roof, causing major interior damage. We had several roofers come out to give estimates when Mr. Mutchnick finally showed up to look at the roof, finally coming down with a hand full of brand-new nails in his hand stating they likely punctured the roof and he would contact HIS insurance adjuster to file a claim and get a new roof.
