Have been going through the loan modification process since 12-09 with Chase Bank only to have them stall for enough time that the information I submitted expired. Every time I call to check on the status I am told that they need additional information which I send certified mail and also fax to them using my Chase branch to fax this information, receiving verification of the fax. Now I am told my file has been CLOSED. I cannot find out who closed my file, no one will return my phone calls. This is such a scam. Chase is not going to help anyone. read full review »
