I was a member since the around/approx Dec 2010, and I decided to end my membership based on a few things. 1 - the staff over time made a turn for the worst, 2- the therapists were alittle too friendly - if you know what I mean, and 3 - I am a very direct person, and if someone steps out of line - I will say something. And when I did, they blamed me for all of their problems. SO needless to say here I am saying what is on my mind, hoping someone will listen.
