I recently made a purchase for $28.04 at my local Target store. I used my Visa to pay and the clerk said Thank you for shopping at Target. I said I need to sign for my purchase and he replied that there is no need to sign for purchases under $50.00. What kind of a policy is that? I guess any credit card theif can make a purchase under $50.00 and not sign or even show identification. I will not use my credit card in any Target store again and tell all my friends and family to do the same. read full review »
