This was a very bad experience trying to get the Majic Jack to work. The only help is on line and I spent nearly 8 hours chating with 9 different operators trying to help me get the device to work. It became evident that the operators have a number of limited tricks to try to get the device to work and then they switch you off to someone else who try the same things.
