Time warner sucks!! They have the worst service. I would never ever use them. people who use them is because they have to no other reason. I can't even watch the world cup online. Cox lets you by going to ESPN3.com. Cox internet is cheaper too and they give you more options. Time warner feels old and out of date. They're customer service is pretty good gotta admit, but services suck!! I really hate them. read full review »
