I had bought a Ralph Lauren sweater from Macy's at Woodfiled Mall in Schaumburg, IL more than a 180 days ago but hadn't used it till recently. When I washed it according to the label instructions, the brown color bled onto the white and ruined the sweater. When I took it back to the store the manager, Ashley Hall was very unhelpful and rude and claimed that she could do nothing since the 180 days had passed.
