I was offered the opportunity by Avast.com to upgrade a free version of Avast Anti-virus to the Paid License for the Avast Professional Edition. I purchased the 2 year upgrade. They debited my account for the purchase price immediately and the confirmation page stated that I would receive the purchased license number within 48 hours. It never came. After two weeks I attempted to contact them and discovered that they did NOT have a customer support number or email address - and the listed email contact numbers were non-working addresses.
