June 29, 2010 Stuart Allan & Associates has been calling me, leaving messages without identifying the company name. This is AGAINST the FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT. A collection agency must identify the company name and location when calling. Further, my attorney has written several "Cease and Desist" letters to Stuart Allan & Associates.
