We had a dishwasher installed by Home Depot. They didn't tighten the supply hose, and it ended up flooding the kitchen on 6/17/2010. My local store has been very helpful, but they have used a company called VTK who have really been impossible to work with. They refuse to schedule their appts, just expecting us to sit here day after day and wonder if they are going to show up.
