In the last year Home Depot has raised the consumer credit card interest rate to 25.99%. This makes it nearly impossible for anyone to payoff there balance. I have always paid my bill on time and never been over limit. On several occasions they even increased my line amount to encourage further purchase. As soon as the rate was increased (and several times since) I have called and written the credit center to ask for a rate reduction only to be told no.
