Have ordered a pair of boots for my GF and a week later emailed them to find a status. I was emailed the next day saying it would be 5-6 days. I immediately emailed them back to ask if was 5-6 days from the email date, or 5-6 days from the date the order was placed. they didnt respond to that email. Days later, I forwarded my second request for clarification, when will it be delivered, from what date, etc. Their response was a single one line 8-10 days! and a Thank You. No tracking number, no shipper information and now its 8-10 days LATER... read full review »
