I was told that I would receive local Philadelphia channels, I didn't get them, picture quality was awful, Dish technicians illegally opened the local cable company's box of wires on the side of my apartment, and after just 2 days of service I decided to cancel and they decided to charge me $420 + more. They said the fee for early cancellation would be $240, $10 x 24 months. I argued for 5 hours with them via phone but finally I gave in and said I'll pay the $240.
