I purchased a washer/dryer in late December. I have had problems with it since the beginning. In April, three parts had to be replaced, including the motor. The machine broke again. I have been unable to use it for more than a month of the six months I have had it. The repairs department suggested that I speak with the store manager about a replacement unit. I've called the store manager several times, but he has never returned my call. It is very clear that Pacific Sales has no intention of taking care of me. read full review »
