I have been a verizon phone customer for years with little to no problem and then... I was talked into ordering FIOS tripleplay - for 6 months I was overcharged, each time I paid a bill they would say I then owed outrageous amounts for the next month, as high as $511 ! Finally bill straightened out and down to 0 but again the outrageous bills, can't get through to billing by phone and when you do they tell me the bill is high because of my inconsistant payments!
