I recently bought an ace brand snow shovel because of the NO QUESTIONS ASKED policy.well my shovel was cracked and very worn so i brought it to scarborough me ace hardware and had one hell of a time to get an exchange, after fighting with management saying nothing was wrong they finally gave me the cheapest shovel on the rack and ashured me this would be the last time they would do this.im very dissapointed in is store because i use them alot for other needs but after this i will drive 15 minutes longer and buy at a store who will honor their guarentee. read full review »
