was on vacation on the cape cod mass. 12/2007 was looking at the pavilion hp 1000 at staples fell in love with the looks of this better model trimed with chrome they only had floor model so I had to go to an another area of the cape to purchase it it cost me with the anti virus package $1700.00 and it just started making a loud fire alarm sound computor man said its the hardware in the board I don't use it too much I thought I would have it alot longer than 3 1/2 years will never buy hp again after this.
