Leaders has shown iteself to be highly unethical, deceptive and dishonest since June 2008. Every month they come up with new charges, claiming they had been billed all along. A most recent scam of theirs has to do with PCI DSS compliance, claiming their charge of approx. $125 is mandatory and coming directly from Visa. When checking with Visa, it was confirmed by them that "a processor or merchant bank cannot state a compliance fee is coming directly from Visa to be passed onto the merchant." Subsequently, Leaders having made this false claim, agreed to reduce this charge by 1/2. However, many other companies do not charge for this at all. read full review »
