First off let me say that the product works fairly well. The only problem is that their support is not very knowledgeable . Yesterday, I performed a software upgrade and the software asked me to re-register. Well, I tried to but the software kept giving me an error message. Since there is no phone number for support I opened a chat window and the initial person I spoke with had no clue as to what was going on.
