How do these people manage to stay in business? They rate F with the BBB and well earned. They did NOTHING to settle my dispute (was told I had a 1 yr agreement but it ended up being more at the close of the yr). They lied about the purpose of my phone conversations with them. Did you know they do not record the sales calls but do record the cancellation calls - how convenient! They will not permite you access to the calls either - it only benefits them.
