I am a college student that signed up for Direct Tv, but later had to move back home with parents and attempted to merge my Direct TV account w/my parents, was told I couldn't. Direct TV debit my debt account for over $750 leaving a large negative balance without prior notice from Direct that I owed any fees for the cancellation they made. After sevral hours on the phone and switched from rep. to rep. and a call to the cooperate office with no satifaction. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. HOPE SOMEONE DOES START A CLASS ACTION SUITE. read full review »
