After buying GMC tailgate parts from this "boiler room" Co., the parts arrived but they were not installable on my vehicle. I shipped the parts back to DISCOUNTBODYPARTS.COM, in PERFECT condition, still in the vacuum packages. I also had two (2) conversations with the Co.'s "rented" telephone staff in CA, which is nowhere near the Co. in Virginia, & both told me they would refund 100% of my $$ paid to them.
