The Target store in our area is not a bad store to shop in -meaning it is generally clean and stocked. However the personnel they hire leave a lot to be desired!! These people are rude and lack even the most basic skills of customer service. There are no smiles, hardly any thank yous and they act like you should be thankful that they took time out from their socializing at the registers to check you out.
