Magic Jack promotes that you can use your mobile phone and call international #s anywhere in the world. I confirmed with them that this would work if I was in Turkey and calling a # in Turkey. My cell phone is a US registered cell #. They confirmed it would work fine and I wouldn't have any roaming charges. I got my cell bill and I was charged $2.99 per minute and had a total of $270 worth of roaming charges.
