Several customers use the coupon books that they receive in their mail boxes. What drives the decision of who gets these coupon books and who does not? I have had a Target chg for many years and have never received a coupon book in the mail. It seems that it isn't zip code generated or if you have a Target credit card or not? I sure would like to be one of the recipients of these coupon books. read full review »
