I just purchased and installed my Magic Jack a few moments ago. I made my first call successfully but the person I called said the caller ID was from an area other than I thought I chose. I called customer service to correct the mistake and was told I had to pay $4.95 to change my number. I had only had the number for 5 minutes and the new number would have been in the same area code, just different county/calling area. Apparently there are no exceptions. Product working as expected but the customer service was a major disappointment. Be careful when you register or a mistake could cost you. read full review »
