I received a letter from Time Warner Cable stating I discontinued my digital DVR and/or Road Runner services but have not returned the cable equipment. Well this is not quite the case as I have been a Time Warner Cable customer for more than 14 years. I called customer service and spoke with LeAnne who did research my account and said the information indicates that I did not return a "wireless card".
