I've had my MagicJack for 13 months. MJ met my expectations. Since cell connection in my neighborhood is unreliable, I used MJ in conjunction with my primary land line as a second phone service. I found it to be reliable and clear. Using MJ for long distance I've saved more money than the cost of hardware and annual service fee. However, once I renewed the service when down for 3 or 4 days.
