My job is to ship out samples to labs for oncology (cancer) patients involved in treatment studies. When we ship to Covance, we have to use UPS. Today was the second day in a row that the driver did not pick up the package. This is also the second day in a row where I called the UPS pickup for Covance and was informed that the driver was indeed dispatched. I am still waiting to hear back from the local office, but when I spoke to someone there yesterday, the guy said he talked to the driver.
