This is not the first time this has happened. My package was to be delivered 07/13/2005. I was not home to accept the delivery. The delivery person leaves a notice that he will try and deliver the next day at an approximate time. The problem is that he checks every box for the approximate time. That is, between the times of "before 10:30" to "after 5:00", checking all of the time blocks. Of course this does not allow me to arrange to take off of work for a certain time period.
