After 3 phantom delivery attempts (someone was home all three times and NO notices left) we were promised delivery on 11/30/05. No delivery atempt was made. We contacted the 800# (for the fourth time) and were told that someone would call us back. Robert, from our local UPS center called and again took our information stating someone else would call us back. When we were called back (by someone other than Robert) my husband was told, " I just sweated my b**** off finding the package, why are you getting nasty with me?"
