Absolutely terrifying experience with HP laptop and printer both under warrenty . Emotional abuse waitting and waitting for the products to work, with no outcome of returning them back. No case manager or supervisor ever calls back. Hours and days spent on the phone. Printer sent via mail with missing parts and nobody wants to be responsible. read full review »
