I bought a top-up recharge coupon 3 days back. Tried to recharge it thru the phone as directed in the recharge coupon. It did not succeed. Then called up the customer care and they said it will be recharged by next morning. It did not happen so. I called up again next day morning and the Customer support personel said, they will look into the matter and it will get recharged by evening. It did not get recharged in the evening also.
