disBEWARE! Be very careful when dealing with this company. I called to disconnect my service with them last February and the rep I talked to suggested "suspending" it instead for 3 months. So, I foolishly did. Well, after the 3 months I called back & told them I was still with another provider and wouldn't be needing their service anymore.
